What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant position at 376 Dental Studio?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and caring dental assistant to join our team! Dental assistant preferably is licensed and certified according to all state requirements. If the candidate is not licensed but has a strong desire to enter the dental field, we are willing to train on the job and assist in gaining licensure.
The right candidate is friendly, punctual, and reliable. New graduates welcome to apply. Office has all PPE necessary to work safely, and follows strict infection control protocols.
Office is accessible by MBTA (bus and commuter rail). Parking available.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist chairside, enabling him/her to provide the most efficient, high quality dentistry to our patients.
- Strive to maintain excellent patient relations, ensuring the patient is well cared for, happy and satisfied.
- Sterilizing instruments
- Preparing, Cleaning & Breaking down rooms
- Charting and taking X-rays
- Seating patients in a timely manner
- Monitoring inventory
- Following all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
- Expanded functions such as taking impressions is also desirable
