We are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time (15-20 hours per week) Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and be adept at managing office operations, supporting staff, and having excellent communication skills.
This role is pivotal in maintaining an efficient and productive office environment. Responsibilities include managing inventory and procurement of office supplies, furniture, and computer equipment; assisting with onboarding employees; coordinating events and travel; processing and tracking expenses for reimbursement; managing office vendors; scanning, organizing, and distributing incoming mail; maintaining and organizing digital files and records; and performing bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements
