We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented, Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts in the Graphics & Display and Architecture & Building Materials industries. Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns to promote our design solutions, architectural products, and materials to architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
- Help manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer outreach programs targeting key industry audiences.
- Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) that resonates with architects, builders, and design professionals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and sales teams to develop visuals that highlight product applications, case studies, and project showcases.
- Optimize website content for SEO, particularly focusing on design/build keywords and architectural search terms.
- Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot; assist in drawing insights to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Support trade show promotions, virtual events, product launches, and industry partnerships through digital channels.
- Some travel may be required, pending business and market needs
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Interest in the design/build environment — familiarity with architectural trends, visual merchandising, or building materials is a strong plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, email marketing, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Fluent proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro
- Experience with AutoCad, Sketch-Up, Google Analytics, Mailchimp and Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, visually driven industry.
- Manage videography and light editing for internal and external communications
- Maintain website content and additions in custom CRM
- Experience working with visual content platforms like Pinterest or Houzz.
- Working knowledge of website CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace.
