Job Description:
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to source raw materials. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze procurement costs, develop cost reduction strategies, and negotiate supply contracts. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, at least 3 years of strategic sourcing experience, and excellent computer skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- DEVELOP EFFICIENT SOURCING STRATEGIES USING DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIERS
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY SUPPLIERS
- IMPLEMENT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN
- ANALYZE PROCUREMENT COSTS AND DEVELOP COST REDUCTION STRATEGIES
- Negotiate and implement supply contracts
- DRAW UP PURCHASING DECISIONS BASED ON TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP, RISK MITIGATION, AND SUSTAINABILITY GOALS
- Participate in process improvements and developments within the supply chain
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a similar field
- AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF STRATEGIC SOURCING EXPERIENCE
- EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS, INCLUDING MICROSOFT OFFICE AND MRP SYSTEMS
- STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND PROFICIENCY IN RELATED TOOLS
