This position supports the Architectural business and Alucobond® PLUS, AXCENT, and relevant accessories to market.
Purpose of the Role:
Customer Service is the heartbeat of 3A and assure our customers’ needs are fulfilled by communicating and collaborating with other departments across the business. Our ColorMatch lab facilitates customized matches to customer specifications. This is a highly detailed position in a fast paced environment. This position is a hybrid position with time dedicated to support both customer service and colormatch.
In this position, you will…
- Support a team of Customer Service Representatives with administrative duties including order entry, warranty issuance, records retention, and others.
- Fill in and backup Customer Service and ColorMatch desk coverage as needed.
- Establish a good working relationship across the business, providing product and status information as requested.
- Embrace our core values of integrity, accountability, value creation, customer focus, team spirit, continuous improvement, humility, respect and drive.
- Partner with a team of professionals in 3 manufacturing sites to provide best in class customer service and account management.
- Work with field sales representatives and corporate sales managers regarding special requests, projects, and marketing initiatives timely.
- Compile open order status information for customers upon request.
- Interact with customers and suppliers during in-house visits to promote good business relationships.
- Filing and administrative records retention.
- Work independently, performing many tasks with no direct supervision.

- Basic math, computer skills, Microsoft office applications, ability to organize, prioritize and work under time constraints.
- Professionalism and strong business communication and problem solving skills.
- Customer focused mindset to create value and strong business relationships with accounts.
- High School Diploma with previous Customer Service or administrative experience. College preferred.
- Experience in export shipments or SAP a plus.
