Systems Analyst
Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Serves as change agent, who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems.

- 84 months of experience overseeing identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- 84 months of experience leading IAM integration efforts with PeopleSoft, Workday, OUD, AD, and M365.
- 84 months of experience implementing IAM audit controls, compliance monitoring, and security incident response.
- 84 months of experience providing training and documentation on IAM policies, structure, and configurations.
- 84 months of experience optimizing IAM infrastructure performance and support Workday migration efforts.
- 84 months of experience working collaboratively with various teams to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.
- Oracle Identity Manager: Administration and Implementation certification
- Bachelor's degree
