What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operator position at 3B Construction?
SNYDER TX: 3B Construction is in need of multiple EQUIPMENT OPERATORS. The right candidates will operate dozers, excavators, graders and other heavy equipment to cut and fill roads, level, dirt work etc... - hourly pay plus overtime. Water truck drivers and surveyors will work the same shifts. The project is completing a Solar Farm outside Snyder TX and will continue for 3-6 months with the opportunity to transfer to more projects with 3B afterwards.
$100 per day per diem for travelers on days worked, hourly pay rates are commensurate with experience and the position.
This project has been accelerated - 5 days x 10 hours per day, and Saturdays and some Sundays will be available at times for extra hours at overtime rates if desired.
Your experience should include operating Bulldozers, Skidsteers, Loaders, Excavators, Rollers, Water Trucks, Blades/Graders and other equipment. Experience with Graders is a huge plus!
These positions start immediately and hiring is continuous. Each solar farm being constructed is approx 3,000 acres. Laborers and Superintendents are also needed on site. Weekly pay including Per Diem for days worked.
