Duties
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Assist with office admin daily needs.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and insights that can inform future campaigns.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the advertising team to create targeted ad campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools for optimizing online content.
- Experience in Graphic Design/Photography/Videography is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
- Knowledge of advertising strategies on social media platforms is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
