Job Summary:
The Service Technician position for 3C Industrial, LLC is responsible for shop and field service to include preventive/corrective maintenance, application installation, rental fleet maintenance, and all other roles/responsibilities assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Complete Training and Qualification Exams put out by Management.
- Retain information acquired on the job from training and implement it in your daily activities.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance when designated to do so by Logistics Operations Manager.
- Perform installation and fabrication of all equipment offered by 3C Industrial
- Perform corrective maintenance when designated to do so by the Logistics Operations Manager.
- Be courteous, informative, and motivated while on the customer site
- Take initial photos when arriving at the site, fill out work order checklists, take completed photos, find 5 items that could be improved on a customer's site, and return all to the Technical Operations Manager before the end of each day.
- Ensure you have the basic technician tools and multi-meter required to complete your daily jobs.
- Maintain a valid TX Driver’s License
- Inform the Technical Operations Manager if your safety training, clearance badges, or any other qualifications are up for renewal.
- Hold on-job training for Service Tech I, and Service Tech II coworkers
- Keep your uniforms cycled through the laundry service provider to ensure a professional appearance.
- Keep up with all PPE Requirements while on-site and on-location
- Keep company-issued property in working order and protected from any damage
- Carry out any responsibilities assigned by the Logistics and Operations Management team.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner. Be a key member of the team and perform at a level expected of a Veteran Owned and Operated business.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Pass Random Drug Screening
- 5 Years of Industrial Technician Experience (Compressed Air Desired)
- High School Diploma / GED
- Advanced Mechanical / Electrical Aptitude
Physical Requirements:
- BODY POSITIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stay active for prolonged periods of time.
- BODY MOVEMENTS: The employee must have a full range of body movements including the use of his/her hands to finger, handle, and feel objects such as glazing products and equipment. The ability to bend the body, to reach for objects, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, or balance when needed are also required.
- BODY SENSES: Vision requirements must be sufficient to shift focus from computer screens to close forms.
- STRENGTH: The employee must have the ability to lift to 50 pounds on occasion.
