Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers at events, trade shows, and retail locations. Build relationships that lead to loyal customers and positive brand recognition.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase and highlight the features and benefits of our products to attract interest and increase sales.
- Customer Insights: Collect and report customer feedback to help refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
- Social Media Promotion: Use your social media presence to promote our brand, engage with customers, and drive product awareness.
- Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events, helping to expand the brand’s presence.
- Clear Communication: Effectively communicate key brand messages in an engaging, persuasive manner.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression and encourages repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer-Focused: You enjoy interacting with people, making connections, and delivering exceptional service.
- Sales or Product Expertise: Experience with product demonstrations and a passion for educating others.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to speak in front of groups.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable managing social media accounts and using digital tools to enhance brand visibility.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales or event marketing experience is preferred.
- Event Marketing Experience: Comfortable organizing or participating in promotional events and gathering insights for marketing.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Bilingual Abilities: A plus, but not required.
Schedule & Benefits:
- Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 5 days a week (Flexible scheduling options available; Mostly Thursday through Monday)
- Training: Paid training, including both virtual and in-person sessions.

Expected Experience:
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience (preferred, but not required)
