Senior Sales & Solutions Executive

3C Software, a leader in implementing advanced costing and profitability solutions, is seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Sales and Solutions Executive to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Our flagship product, ImpactECS, is an enterprise costing & profitability platform that empowers businesses to optimize their financial performance and gain valuable insights.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence within the manufacturing sector while helping clients solve complex cost accounting challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to make a significant impact in a growing, family-owned business with a 40-year legacy of excellence.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quota targets for our ImpactECS platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at manufacturing companies
  • Understand prospects' costing challenges and articulate how our flexible modeling approach can address their specific needs
  • Collaborate with our demo team and marketing team to create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI discussions
  • Partner with the marketing team to deliver industry-focused content such as webinars, presentations, videos, and case studies
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
  • Partner with our implementation consultants during customer transitions to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of our sales strategies and methodologies
  • Stay current with and capitalize on industry trends in manufacturing, cost accounting, and enterprise software

You're the Perfect Fit If :

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
  • You have 3-4 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise software solutions
  • You possess a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding your sales quotas
  • You demonstrate deep understanding of complex sales methodologies and enterprise software buying processes
  • You have exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business value
  • You're skilled at managing multiple opportunities simultaneously through lengthy sales cycles
  • You've demonstrated success selling enterprise software solutions to mid-market and large corporate clients
  • You've developed a consultative approach to enterprise sales, focusing on business outcomes rather than features
  • You have experience with CRMs like Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Bonus Points :

  • Experience with financial / managerial accounting, corporate finance, ERP systems, and / or financial analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated success in selling SaaS / subscription-based enterprise software
  • Experience selling specific manufacturing verticals (e.g., CPG, industrial, automotive)
  • History of successfully opening new territories or verticals
  • Established network of senior contacts within target industries
