Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Thursday (4-day, 40-hour workweek), with overtime on Fridays when required

Job Description:

As an Experienced Cabinet Builder / Woodworker, you will play a crucial role in building custom cabinetry and woodwork for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with various types of wood, cabinetry designs, and tools, with a passion for producing high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities:

· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and client specifications to design and create custom cabinetry and woodwork.

· Construct and assemble cabinetry, furniture, and other wood projects using a variety of hand and power tools.

· Install custom cabinetry and woodwork on-site at clients’ locations.

· Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

· Manage and maintain workstations and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.

· Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment following our 5S standards.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years of professional cabinet building or woodworking experience.

· Expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and client specifications.

· Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and finishes.

· Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Strong communication skills.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Must have some basic computer skills.
