Contract Embedded Engineer / Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer or technician to work on hardware and low level embedded systems development. This position will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting electronics both in the R&D and production environment, writing and optimizing code for both products and automated test fixtures and light assembly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose PCB level issues with product returned from customers.
- Develop plans for automating test procedures using custom test fixtures for device production.
- Load code into microprocessors and modules on target hardware.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with embedded systems.
- Repair and modify PCBs with running production changes.
- Assemble small quantity prototype boards using schematics, layout files and bills of materials.
- Write clear and well-documented code, including unit tests and debugging.

Location : All work must be done on site, no remote.

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, 3C Telemetry provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. The range of starting pay for this role is $20 - $35 per hour.
