Title: IVR Chatbot Developer
Location: Fort Washington, PA (2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IVR Chatbot Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and enhancing interactive voice response (IVR) systems and chatbot solutions. This position requires expertise in IVR technology, speech recognition systems, and integrating third-party services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Google CCAI, CRM integrations, and strong programming skills in object-oriented languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced IVR applications, ensuring high-quality performance and user experience.
- Design and implement speech recognition systems, grammars, and telephony applications.
- Integrate third-party services such as AWS Lambda (NodeJS/Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Work with Web services, APIs, and integration protocols (e.g., SOAP, REST, VXML, XML, SQL) to connect IVR systems to other business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy IVR and chatbot solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize IVR applications and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Provide technical expertise, documentation, and support for IVR systems and related technologies.
Requirements:
- Advanced understanding of IVR technology, telecommunications networks, and related software/systems.
- Proven experience with speech recognition systems and grammar development.
- Hands-on experience with third-party integrations such as AWS Lambda (NodeJS/Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, Salesforce, and Google CCAI.
- Strong knowledge of web services and APIs, with experience in SOAP, REST, VXML, SQL, and XML protocols.
- Proficient in software development with an object-oriented programming language.
- Ability to design, develop, and support complex IVR applications and systems.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with chatbot development, especially using AWS Lex and Google CCAI.
- Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce or similar).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
