3Core Systems is looking for IVR Chatbot Developer for one of our clients in Newark, NJ
Role: IVR Chatbot Developer
Location: Newark, NJ (2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months (ability to extend)
Requirements:
** AWS Lex for IVR voice bot development is a key skill **
- Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
- Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars
- Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI
- Proficiency in calling APIs, Microservices and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)
- Software development in an object orientated programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications.
