We are seeking a skilled Lead .NET/SQL Developer to work closely with business partners and technology teams. This role involves transforming business needs into testable components, driving software development, ensuring code quality, and delivering solutions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, a focus on high-quality software development, and a passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into testable components.
• Employ industry best practices to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
• Lead software development activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Ensure high code quality with proper unit testing, automation, and timely delivery.
• Investigate issues raised by quality assurance or product support and provide solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to enhance solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and accelerate change by applying a test and learn mentality.
• Work in close partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure functionality.
• Ensure software standards, non-functional requirements, and quality targets are met.
