3Core Systems is looking for Quadient Inspire Designer for one of our clients in Newark, NJ

Role: Quadient Inspire Designer

Location: Newark, NJ (2-3 days onsite)

Contract: 12 months (ability to extend)

• Need experience with databases: Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL (any will work)
• Needs experience with APIs and microservices architecture
• Needs experience with JavaScript
• Needs similar experience to a full stack developer
• Needs experience with application interfaces
• This team just started migrating applications to Quadient
• Quadient is used for developing customer communications design templates for letters, emails, bills, statements define the layout, content, rules and data mapping
• This will be a long term need

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Ability to take on assignments with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.3 or more years hands-on experience
• Experience and/or expertise with several of the following:
  • Programming Languages:Java Script, design patterns and design methodology; Microservice, multi-threading, Concurrency and parallel processing.
  • Frameworks:Including but not limited to Flask, FastAPI, React
  • Data Storage:Postgres, MySQL, Parquet, MongoDB, and Relational Data structure tools.
  • Data Streaming:SQS, Kinesis, Kafka, and SNS
  • Application Programming Interfaces (API):Consumption & Development; implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA) patterns; Web service technologies such as APIs, REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, JDBC, MySQL.
  • Unit, interface and end user testingconcepts and tooling (functional & non-functional).
  • Automated testing
  • Accessibility awareness
  • Software security skillsincludingsecure coding, web application security and DevSecOps;Solid grasp of security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, JWT), SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0).
  • Dev Ops Tools & Practices:Branching techniques and usage of GitHub, Bitbucket or Subversion; DevOps, Jenkins.
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):Monitoring and logging techniques.

Required:

• At least 3 years hands on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive and ICM developing customer communications.
• Creating communications that use Tickets in Quadienrt Interactive to guide the user experience and customize output

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 years hands on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive and ICM developing customer communications.
• Creating communications that use Tickets in Quadienrt Interactive to guide the user experience and customize output
• Content rationalization Concepts
• ADA document compliance
• Conversion experience from other Composition tools to Quadient
• Design Thinking
• Financial/Insurance industry experience is a plus, not a must
