Description of work : The high-level objectives are to modernize the My Service Console (MSC) platform, enhance agent productivity and improve customer service with the following :
- New Portal for Apartment Simplified Application Plan to Auto Turn on plan. This portal will simplify the move-in process for apartment rentals.
- New Construction Portal for development of Specialty desk to support new constructions customers.
- New Permit Portal for the customers to have insight of the permit status.
- New Solution in MyService Console to generate case for better case management.
Skill set
Required skills include experience with Salesforce, portal development, and case management solutions.
