• Identity and Access Management Senior Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the IAM Operations and Technical systems with a focus on Identity Access Governance and Privileged Access Management solutions for the organization.
• Additionally, this role will assist the GISCS team providing day to day support activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution while working with various Global IT teams and business departments to ensure all activities are completed within defined SLA's.
• This position requires level III and level IV support knowledge across IAM areas such as multi-factor, identity access and privilege access controls, active directory, and Azure active directory.
• Hands on experience managing IAM technical solutions and architecture design to ensure compliance controls are aligned across all GISCS security policies and standards
• Support and maintain global IAM technology solutions and services and ensure a high availability and secure authentication for these systems
• Troubleshoot and automate identity and access management systems, including privilege access tool and services. Handle level III and Level IV incidents escalated incidents, analyze root causes and drive resolutions in a timely manner
• Develop IAM and PAM technology product roadmaps to support all global brands
• Manage and document operational functions in the IAM environment with special emphasis on protecting company assets with controlled access and implementing and monitoring access control standards
• Drive user adoption and success by ensuring business partners are utilizing IAM solutions through proactive organizational education
• Monitor and conduct frequent IAM tool audits to measure effectiveness of policies, procedures and processes and internal controls

DECISION MAKING-

• Strategic-Decisions affect the long-term direction and policy of the entire company. These decisions affect the short-term and long-term performance of CCL. Strategic decisions are high-risk because their outcomes are largely unknown and have a huge impact. These types of decisions are usually made at the top level of a company. Examples are: New services, acquisitions. (VPs )
• Tactical-Decisions focus on intermediate-term issues. The purpose of decisions made at this level are to help move CCL closer to reaching strategic goals. Outcomes are predictable. After a decision is made by Top Executive Leadership, the next phase is to take the needed steps to implement it. Examples are: The amount of money required to implement, which advertising agency to promote a new service or to provide an incentive plan to employees to encourage increased revenue. (Typically, Directors )
• Operational-Decisions focus on day-to-day activities within the company. Decisions made at this level help to ensure that daily activities proceed smoothly and therefore help to move the company toward reaching a strategic goal. They have short term consequences. Examples are: Handling employee conflicts, purchasing materials needed for operations. (Typically, Professional, Individual Contributors, up to Managers)
• Standard-These decisions are those that are repetitive decisions on a recurring basis and are commonly related to daily activities. They are relatively simple, relying on historical data and previous solutions. Examples are reordering of standard office supplies, handling transactions.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Management or equivalent is required

ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

• Microsoft Azure Administrator certification is preferred
• Years and area of professional experience (required for this role)
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in information security, inclusive of at least 3 years in an IAM related role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to understand a complex environment.
• Possess strong technical security skills and knowledge of security and risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English with the ability to effectively communicate information, gather relevant data and verbalize ideas effectively.
• Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical Professional related Technical Skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure Active Directory. Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and principles.
• Experience with leading IAM and PAM platforms such as Beyond Trust, SailPoint
• Minimum 2 years as an IAM or PAM system administrator and scripting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
