Title: Sales, Marketing & Office Assistant
Reports To: Vice President
Job Summary: Support our sales and marketing teams in driving business growth. This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to sales support.

Sales & Marketing Support
1. Assist in creating and managing sales and marketing content.
2. Develop and coordinate engaging social media content.
3. Support sales efforts for VPs by preparing materials and organizing information.
4. Maintain strong relationships with current and past clients.
5. Create and distribute both internal and external marketing newsletters.
6. Assist in scheduling and coordinating conference registrations.
7. Help organize company events to promote brand awareness and engagement.
8. Assist in developing technical sales presentations and marketing proposals.
9. Plan, execute, and track the success of marketing campaigns.
10. Manage CRM software to track leads, prospects, and client interactions.
11. Follow up on sales leads and assist in setting up meetings.
12. Run sales strategy meetings and contribute to identifying new business opportunities.
Office & Administrative Support
13. Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed.
14. Log new projects and track relevant information.
15. Make follow-up calls to subcontractors to support project coordination.
16. Provide support to the pre-construction team during the estimating process.
17. Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
18. Assist in project communications and documentation.
19. Support the accounting team with administrative duties as required.
