Job Summary
3D Stone Inc. is currently looking for a hardworking and self-motivated Lead Stone Handler to work at our Bedford Limestone facility. This position requires an individual to be proficient working with hand and power tools, while having an entry level understanding of Natural and, or Precast stone products.
General Accountabilities
- Placement of rock from ripsaw in planer yard/joint line
- Load/unload stone for planers
- Prepare stone (break end, drill holes, etc)
- Shovel and clean planer yard
- Bring boards back from cutter end for use
Skills
- Overhead Crane Knowledge/Operation
- Knowledge of dog hooks
- Hand tool use
- Self-motivated
- Can follow directions for personal safety
Requirements
- 18 or older
- Must have reliable form of transportation
- Ability to lift 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20 per hour
