Job Summary
3D Stone Inc. is currently looking for a hardworking and self-motivated journey Planer Man to work 1stshift in our limestone fabrication mill. This position requires an individual to have working experience in operating a stone planer while also understanding the daily duties to successfully run consistent cycle times.
General Accountabilities
- Assist crane operator in material handling of sawn product
- Identify and setup tool strategy for square and profiled stone
- Use templates to size material to specifications
- Accurately read blueprints and English rule, measuring tape
- Troubleshoot stone finish and use of material defects
- Maintain equipment and clean work area
Skills
- Limestone Fabrication or Quarry experience
- Stone planer tool setup and operation
- Read blueprints and English rule, measuring tape
- Overhead crane operation, a plus
- Light PM Maintenance
Job Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Must have own form of transportation
- Be able to lift at least 60LBS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
