3D Systems Littleton – Personalized Surgery & Medical Devices seeks a Shipping & Documentation Coordinator candidate for short-term employment. We need a dependable, professional individual who excels under pressure and can easily multi-task for this short-term position with an indefinite end date. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily shipping queue
• Assess shipping queue every day
• Generate documentation with each case every day
• Create all shipping paperwork for outgoing cases
• Track outgoing shipments to ensure any shipping delays are resolved in a timely manner
• Adhere to ISO 13485, HIPAA Regulations, and the Quality Management System's standard operating procedures and work instructions
  
  

What You Will Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills required
• Administrative experience required
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or documentation
• Familiarity with medical device or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of ISO standards or regulated environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
