Product Support Representative
About the Role:
What You'll Do:
- Interact with customers via email and inbound telephone calls
- Aid in troubleshooting 3D Sprint licensing issues for end users and 3D Systems Partners supporting their customers
- Use Salesforce CRM to ensure company records are up to date and accurate
- Record customer interactions, complaints, comments, as well as actions taken to resolve problems thoroughly and accurately in Salesforce CRM
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma
- 1 to 2 years’ related customer service experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software
- Phone & Email System experience
- Ability to understand and articulate knowledge of company’s products with customers
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
