3dB Labs is seeking an experienced senior software engineer who loves to solve challenging web problems in the realm of digital signal processing. The ideal candidate is creative, smart, and able to work effectively on their own or with a small team. Our work provides the opportunity for a unique mix of theory-based algorithm development, implementation of software-based high-performance processing solutions, and integration with high-end RF equipment. We are adding to our team a Senior Web Developer to work in-office in our West Chester, OH location. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Government clearance.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement performant and scalable front-end and back-end components using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.)
- Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including, but not limited to : Designing, Developing, Testing, Documenting, and Maintaining software solutions
- Act as a technical lead for junior engineers, performing duties such as code review, design review, and mentoring
- Working in an Agile-like development environment including sprint planning, grooming, and sprint demos
- Work closely with product managers, technical architects, and other stakeholders to build requirements, clarify technical specifications, and provide development estimates
