3dB Labs is a growing Defense Contractor focusing on Digital Signal Processing Software and Hardware with a diverse customer base. We are looking for a Production Lead to join our production team as we grow and scale our capabilities.
As lead of the Production team, you will support the day-to-day engineering team in both a hardware and software based technology environment. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines.
The Production lead will work alongside the team to help us build out and fulfill our ongoing product needs.

Responsibilities
- Assist engineering and production team in creating, testing, and modifying products
- Help create production plans for new product lines
- Plan and coordinate production schedules for standard product and software orders to deliver quality products on-schedule
- Supervise production team members
- Collaborate with quality team to ensure products meet required specifications and comply with quality standards
- Monitor production performance and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Allocate resources to meet production goals and deadlines
- Ensure customer expectations for standard product and software orders are met
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures
- Implement and enforce safety measures to protect team members in production space
- Inspect products and processes for flaws and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
- 8-10 years experience in production operations (high-mix low-volume manufacturing or make-to-order manufacturing)
- ERP and MRP experience, Deltek Preferred
