As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the development and delivery of DSP products, collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers, field support representatives, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. You will be responsible for the timely delivery of projects, ensuring that technical requirements are met, while balancing scope, schedule, and resources.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of DSP hardware and software projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with engineering teams (hardware, software, and firmware) to define project requirements, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development and implementation.
- Coordinate resources, including assigning tasks, managing workloads, and optimizing team performance.
- Facilitate agile and / or traditional project management methodologies, ensuring efficient workflows and task management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying best practices and opportunities for process optimization.
