Role overview: Case Experience Coordinator
The Case Experience Coordinator position focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of case-based instruction through comprehensive planning, tailored teaching methods, and fostering strong teacher-student relationships. Responsibilities include developing and delivering case launch experiences, collaborating with Launch Teachers to structure classrooms, and providing consistent support for student outcomes. The role also involves motivating Launch Teachers, supporting their development, and monitoring classroom effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Core Responsibilities
Case Planning & Class Effectiveness
- Review cases to understand the industry partner, vision, and case scenario
- Implement diverse teaching methods for student engagement and comprehension
- Design high-quality, customized case launch experiences and resource packages suited to each classroom
- Teach case launch lessons, demonstrate instructional strategies, foster debates, and promote student choice
Teacher Support & Student Outcomes
- Assist in preparing classrooms, developing deliverables, and adjusting plans based on student success
- Lead planning meetings, encourage teacher certifications, and support innovation and mastery of case-based instruction
- Maintain productive relationships with Launch Teachers, track student success, and utilize feedback for continuous improvement
Desired experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in relevant field preferred
Instructional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of middle or high school classroom teaching experience
- Strong understanding of Case-Method or Project-Based Learning instructional practices
- Proficient in instructional support or differentiation practices
Relationship Building
- Proven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of key stakeholders
Proficient in the Use of Technology & Written/Verbal Communication
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills with experience adapting style based on the needs and perspectives of audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, E-learning technologies, etc.

- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000; commensurate with experience
