ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor, playing a crucial role in driving operational excellence and enabling the team to achieve its ambitious goals. This is a full-time, exempt, US-based role reporting to the VP of Global Commercial Business. We value camaraderie and the benefits of in-person connection. We prefer candidates to join us in a voluntary flexible hybrid work style at one of our office hubs in San Francisco, CA; Portland, OR; Portland, ME; or New York, NY. This voluntary model provides flexibility while fostering team collaboration. Exceptional remote candidates within the US will also be considered. Periodic travel may be required for team collaboration, training, or company events. Fully remote employees must maintain a productive home office environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the commercial enablement lead, you will act as a force multiplier for the Head of Global Commercial Business, ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will fall into the following categories :
Strategic Planning & Execution :
- Partner with the Head of the Commercial Team and regional leads to develop and execute strategic initiatives, translating high-level goals into actionable plans and tracking progress. This includes assisting in developing annual plans, setting goals, and tracking progress in close collaboration with central operations and finance to ensure alignment with the overall company operational strategy.
- Contribute to sales planning and forecasting, collaborating with regional leads, finance, and other relevant teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The following compensation and benefits information is based on 3Degrees’ good faith estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future :
Compensation : The starting base salary for this position is $130,000 - 155,000 in the US. Base pay is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Supplemental Pay : This position may be eligible to participate in discretionary bonus programs based on personal, department and company goals.
