Driver

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our growing team. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our customers in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires a dedicated individual who is comfortable working independently and navigating various routes and traffic conditions. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and previous experience in delivery or transportation. Your role will not only involve driving but also ensuring that all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule. Additionally, you will be responsible for loading and unloading material when necessary. Responsibilities

· Transport goods and packages to various locations in a timely manner.

· Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.

· Ensure that all deliveries are made accurately according to customer instructions.

· Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.

· Verify customer identities and obtain signatures when necessary upon delivery.

· Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

· Communicate effectively with dispatch and provide updates on delivery status.

Requirements

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· CDL is not required.

· Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to lift heavy packages and carry items when necessary.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.

· Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
