Looking for an IN PERSON work environment with real management opportunity and influence on the direction of a business? 3E's Management Training Program is a multi-phase paid training program designed to develop your business and sales skills to manage one of our businesses--a Profit Center location.
Throughout the training program, Management Trainees are actively involved in every part of our business and exposed to all aspects of the electrical distribution field during a 2-2.5 year period. This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each trainee with an emphasis on sales, leadership, operational excellence, and business development.

We want strong leaders who thrive in a fast paced and sales-oriented environment and have a desire to grow one of our business locations. Individuals should be self-motivated, sales oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. A 4 year degree is required--business related strongly preferred.
Starting location: Omaha or Columbus, NE. Relocation away from Omaha required in Nebraska or Iowa (if preferred) after the 1st year with employer provided moving package. This is not a position that will keep you in Omaha longer term.
