What You'll Be Doing
- Walk the halls and talk to people. No, really. Success in this role comes from forging strong relationships with stakeholders, end users, and decision-makers.
- Be the bridge. You'll connect the dots between technical teams, business goals, and mission needs.
- Dig deeper. When someone says, "We need to automate this algorithm ," you don't just nod. You ask why? What's the problem? What's the impact? What happens if we don't build it?
- Own the product lifecycle. From idea to launch to continuous improvement- you'll drive products that matter.
- Shape the strategy. Work with leadership to define priorities, navigate roadblocks, and deliver real value.
- Turn ambiguity into clarity. Government projects can get messy. You thrive in that environment, bringing structure and focus where it's needed.
What You Bring to the Table
5-8 years of Product Management experience (commercial tech background preferred)
Strong understanding of DoD / IC environments (bonus points for NGA experience)
Active TS / SCI Clearance (sorry, no exceptions)
Proven ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams
Curiosity & grit -You ask great questions, push through challenges, and love learning
No ego. You listen, you adapt, and you focus on delivering impact, not proving you're the smartest person in the room
