We are interested in candidates who have a proven track record of achieving success in sales and customer satisfaction in an RV, Automotive, Powersport, or Marine dealership. Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales staff with unit pricing in accordance with desired profit margins.
- Assign leads to sales team members.
- Develop incentives for sales people.
- Provide assistance individual sales team members with closing deals
- Train sales people on effective closing techniques to maximize profits from every sale.
- Ensure desired percentage of penetration and income are met.
- Verify all documents for correct titles, taxes and lien information, etc.
- Produce additional revenue for the dealership by preselling finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers.
Qualifications
- Polished leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales people to achieve uncommon sales goals.
- Performance evaluation and training expert who demands accountability and results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year of RV, Auto, Marine, or Powersport Dealership Sales Operations Management Experience, preferred.
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and establish effective procedural protocol
- Computer Proficient.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
