Role Specific Duties :
Primary responsibility to gather information and prepare reports for management on various processes and systems performance
Produce regular and adhoc operational reports as well as Executive level dashboards
Work with project managers and lead engineers in analyzing business processes, conducting gap analysis and ensuring smooth delivery of services
Review and edit requirements for specific business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions
Conduct data pulls to validate operations are working properly
Support fraud analysis efforts with the objective of preventing identity theft, misuse of data and unauthorized disclosure
Provide support to security audits and incident investigation efforts
Prepare presentations and status reports as directed by the project manager
Assist in the facilitation of team meetings and maintain meticulous meeting minutes
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in an information technology industry with a basic understanding of IT systems and business analysis
3 year dealing with a data intensive assignment
Incident and Request Fulfilment Ticket assignment / resolution experience (ServiceNow experience a bonus)
Capable of working in an environment that is demanding, sometimes stressful and requires independent thinking, problem resolution and responsible actions with minimal direct oversight by senior management
Must be highly organized and have a systematic approach to tracking and managing daily activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently to deliver positive results
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing needs
Strong "can-do" attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to support the project
Strong mastery of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Power Point
Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant.
