As a Customer Service Admin, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

Follows a variety of generally defined procedures within customer service, such as customer inquiries, and order management, etc. Generally, assignments are made up of a series of activities with some short-term projects. The scope for discretion requires judgment to handle a variety of activities, conditions, processes, or operations. Sets own work priorities in cooperation with the manager / supervisor. Incumbent is expected to offer suggestions for improvement to methods and processes.

Phones, AearoCE Email Maintenance, Ship Date Coordinator, Plant OOR Review

Order Entry, Order Changes, Portal Order Retrieval

Account Set Ups, PFF Entries, CIR Credit / RPN / Credit Invoice Data Entry

Daily Compay Review, CH Hold Report Maintenance, AearoCE Email Maintenance

Projects and support as assigned by Supervisor

General Requests, Distributor Referrals, ROHS / Reach, TDS / MSDS Requests, W-9 Requests, ISO Cert, TSCA & CMRT Requests

Strongly supporting Customer Service Department and Analysts

Providing Project Support

Accurately recording data / information

Willingness to commit to a long-term, rigorous training program

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :

High School / GED Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Three (3) years of customer service experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited institution

Five (5) years of customer service experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Skills include : SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, EDI

Work location :

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to 7911 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268 at least 2 days per week)

Travel : May include up to 5% domestic

Relocation Assistance : Is not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and / or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations / compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.
