The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Data Integrity Analyst you will be developing and maintaining a data and reporting solutions and policies to ensure the effective alignment of Data Integrity and Reporting and Data delivery solutions :
Develop Data management strategies, implement reporting solutions, and establish processes for reporting management and data access.
Promote data governance practices by establishing clear data ownership, access controls, and data quality metrics.
Develop and execute validation rules to verify the accuracy of data input and ensure compliance with established data standards.
Conduct regular data quality checks across multiple systems to identify inconsistencies, duplicate entries, missing data, and other integrity issues.
Implement data cleansing procedures to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, including standardizing formats, removing outliers, and resolving conflicting information.
Generate reports highlighting data quality trends, identify root causes of data issues, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
Analyze data anomalies, investigate potential data errors, and take corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs which are benchmarked, drive them with IT leadership to optimal levels.
Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address system-related data integrity issues, including data mapping and migration processes.
Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in Data management and integrity and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years Systems, Data, and Reporting management experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
Three (3) years of experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel), database management systems, and data visualization tools (MS Power platform, Snowflake)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :
- Ten (10) or more years Systems, Data, and Reporting management experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Data Management and Reporting Experience
- Technology / Information Systems Management preferred
- Project Management Experience leading systems related projects
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Experience with managing reporting and database tools
- Proven ability to develop and exercise project plans with minimal supervision
- A quick learner, detail oriented, organized, strong problem-solving skills and collaboration across teams, functions and organizations
