Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
- Creating a world-class safety culture that delivers outstanding EHS performance and ensures the health and safety of all workers is consistently demonstrated as the first priority.
- Leading operational excellence through conscientious management and decisive actions in environmental, health, safety, quality, productivity, and employee relations.
- Providing agile and visible leadership to cultivate continuous improvement, compliance, accountability, and employee engagement.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Seven (7) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Five (5) years of direct supervision experience
- Results-oriented and strong execution skills with demonstrated ability to lead attainment of aggressive objectives in EHS, Quality, Service, and Cost
- Experience leading and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology for sustained continuous improvement
