The person hired for the position of Garage Mechanic will work at our 3M Little Rock Site.

Responsibilities / The Impact You Will Make in this Role :

As a(n) Garage Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

Responsibilities :

• Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostics tests to identify worn and damaged parts
• Maintain and improve equipment availability by completing preventative and corrective maintenance on mining and mobile equipment such as wheeled loaders, excavators, haul trucks, rock breakers, graders, water trucks, sweepers, Cushman carts, etc.
• Corrective maintenance may include repairs, adjustments, replacement of major and minor assemblies and components related to power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emissions, brake, steering, and hydraulic systems
• Participates in the total life cycle costs of equipment by ensuring best value use of warranties, service contracts, and maintenance records

Pay Transparency :

The starting rate of pay range for this position is $29.61 / hr. - $36.16 / hr. Additionally, there is a shift Premium if applicable. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
