The Impact You’ll Make in this Role :
As a Consumer & Market Intelligence Leader in our Consumer Business Group, you will spearhead the transformation of our consumer insights and analytics capabilities, driving measurable growth across our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) portfolio. You'll lead a dynamic team developing innovative strategies that leverage advanced technology and cutting-edge processes to extract actionable insights from diverse data sources. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our brands' future by providing actionable recommendations and strategic guidance by leveraging insights, analytics, and technology to formulate holistic intelligence on consumers and marketsHere, you will make an impact by :
- Leading the transformation of consumer insights and analytics capabilities using advanced technology and innovative processes, to transform data to insights to strategy.
- Developing new holistic learning plans for brands covering consumer behavior, syndicated data, customer data, predictive models, AI, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Creating and managing intelligence tools to collect and disseminate market and consumer insights
- Collaborating with global insights, analytics, and data science resources to coordinate learning , intelligence dissemination and influencing Key stake holders on strategy
- Integrating data strategies, AI, and advanced analytics into existing workflows for deeper, faster, and more actionable insights
- Working with brand and finance teams on effectiveness measurement approaches, including campaign ROI and marketing mix modeling
- Providing insight feedback loops to improve spending, market optimization, and agility
- Collaborating with the digital commerce team on rich insights and performance measurement
- Procuring new agency capabilities and developing internal approaches to improve effectiveness
- Managing budget strategy and distribution to align with the highest business priorities
- Coaching and developing direct reports through organizational leadership
