\The starting rate of pay for this position is $24.30 per hour and can go up to $28.57/hour once certified.
\About the Role
\As a Production Operator at 3M, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for innovation and excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products, while ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.

- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly fixed (i.e., 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm or 11pm to 3pm) or rotating shift (i.e., Midnights, Afternoons, Days or Days/Afternoons). \
