To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline from an accredited institution, as well as five years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. A strong background in supervising manufacturing engineers, leading cross-functional teams, and effectively using and analyzing process data is also essential. Experience with coating, slitting, and/or converting processes is a plus.
