Plant Engineering Supervisor

The Impact Youll Make in this Role
As a Plant Engineering Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :
- Communicate safety principles and regulations to all subordinates, and monitor operations for compliance, to stress safety (of employees, environment and the physical plant) as a primary objective at all times
- Schedule, assign, and direct craftspeople in the performance of tasks for the maintenance of equipment and / or facilities
- Provide technical direction to craftspeople and assist in diagnosing equipment problems as required to expedite work
- Train craftspeople in job requirements and basic technical skills, and recommend training programs as needed to develop and maintain capabilities of workforce
- Identify requirements and ensure timely availability of tools, supplies, and parts for projects and ongoing work
- Coordinate work schedules with appropriate production units and other Plant Engineering units to expedite work, minimize interruptions in production, and ensure effective utilization of workforce
- Implement appropriate Preventive Maintenance programs, and monitor ongoing performance, to maximize the reliability and runtime of equipment
- Additional accountabilities as assigned by the General Supervisor, Plant Engineering or Plant Engineering Manager
- This is a 3rd Shift Supervisor position

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 - $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
