The Impact Youll Make in this RoleAs a Product Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :
- Developing new products and product platforms to maintain and expand 3Ms aerospace film portfolio to enable business growth and further our competitive position in the marketplace
- Commercializing new products aligned to global customer needs in collaboration with division-wide, cross-functional teams
- Developing a strong understanding of our customer / market needs especially as it relates to regulatory standards and critical to quality metrics
- Collaborating with research teams from Corporate Research and Business Labs to develop new technology, product, and manufacturing capabilities
- Identifying and leveraging external interactions to accelerate technology and product development
- Initiating and contributing to the development of Intellectual Property and IP strategies

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
