As a Product Development Specialist , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Leveraging expertise to develop and lead new product development, providing new growth opportunities in addition to supporting existing 3M products and businesses
• Working with global teams to implement impactful solutions in 3M's diverse markets
• Applying understanding of polymers, adhesives and material properties to develop new bonding materials and manufacturing processes
• Working collaboratively, engaging and your internal and external network of resources to advance technical platforms
• Communicating your results with your teams to share, collaborate and drive innovation

Your Skills and Expertise

Travel : May include up to 10% domestic and international travel

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
