Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee the production process, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also be responsible for supervising and directing a team of manufacturing engineers, supporting the development of the technical abilities of the operational manufacturing engineering team, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline from an accredited institution. A minimum of five years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment is required. You should also be able to effectively use and analyze process data to drive informed decisions. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include eight years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience, experience supervising manufacturing engineers and/or hourly personnel, leading cross-functional teams, and working with coating, slitting, and/or converting processes.
