Job Description:
As a Production Operator at 3M, you will play a critical role in supporting the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading vehicles, as well as performing other tasks that support the production process. You will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and ensure the smooth operation of the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Heavy lifting and moving of materials
- Working at heights and heavy lifting of 30 pounds or more
- Operating industrial trucks or tractors
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution
- One (1) year of manufacturing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of manufacturing experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Package, MES knowledge
- Understanding of Lean Management Systems, and lean tools
