The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Driving existing product quality enhancement through use of continuous improvement methods and tools, such as : Lean Six Sigma, Product and Process Understanding (PPU), Design of Experiments (DOE) and Quality at the Source
• Supporting and interacting with customers through complaint investigations, resolution, and trending
• Supporting quality systems, quality systems improvements, audits, and supplier quality management processes
• Ensuring the commercialized product design intent and product integrity is retained as materials, processes, methods, and specifications change
• Supporting and / or leading change as it relates to design changes inspired by quality improvement, source of supply changes, or cost reduction efforts
• Troubleshooting, investigating, and analyzing for non-conforming product testing and disposition

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $95,825 - $117,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
