Your expertise will help develop the technical abilities of the operational manufacturing engineering team, foster an environment of continuous improvement, and drive process data analysis to inform decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline from an accredited institution
- Five years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Strong background in supervising manufacturing engineers, leading cross-functional teams, and effectively using and analyzing process data
- Experience with coating, slitting, and/or converting processes is a plus
