The Impact Youll Make in this Role

As a Strategy & Business Development Manager for the Safety & Industrial Business Group (SIBG), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Working cross-functionally to support annual strategic and operational planning processes, including executive-level strategy formulation and communication
• Supporting Divisions in development of Division strategic plans and Quarterly Business Reviews to help ensure alignment to overall Business Group strategies
• Supporting execution of Enterprise initiatives in collaboration with Corporate Strategy and Corporate FP&A
• Developing rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations; ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations
• Investigating industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to inform strategy and identify emerging opportunities
• Supporting strategic initiatives sponsored by Group President, VP SBD and other SIBG Operating Committee members
• Creating professional PowerPoint presentations

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
