Responsibilities / The Impact You Will Make in this Role :
As a(n) , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :
- Apply and implement codes and regulations of Local, State, Federal Agencies and 3M that apply to equipment safety and operability.
- Provide Production, Division Engineering, PI&C Engineering and Plant Engineering advanced systems expertise with the ability to program, install and optimize new equipment and controls.
- Work will at times require the coordination, layout, documentation, facilitation and training of other crafts, trainee’s, and Plant Engineering Technician’s.
- Maintain / Program / Troubleshoot Using Programing : Electronic and Electrical Equipment and Components and Hydraulic / Pneumatic Equipment
- Assist with the moving of material, equipment and machinery using standard methods of lifting, rigging, hoisting, blocking, skidding and rolling. Operate PIV’s to include, but not limited to Forklift and the WAV.
- Ensure accuracy of shop work orders in the Maintenance Management System for accurate record keeping.
